Halcyon Billing requires a minimum of a one year contract. Discount pricing is offered for multiple year contracting. Our service agreement requires a 30-day notice if either party wishes to end the contract.

Unlike the employees in your in-house billing department, Halycon Billing does not get paid unless you do. Because our price model is based on actual collection totals, this guarantees our clients that we will be relentless in our efforts in collecting on every single claim. Our team of highly skilled medical billing, coding and collection experts are trained to identify trends in denials and provide suggestions on front-end workflow modifications that will prevent denials in the future. With Halcyon Billing, you get an entire team of experienced billing staff who are willing to go the extra mile to collect every last dime of your hard-earned revenue.

If information is needed from the patient, we will work with your staff to retrieve this information from them. We do not contact the patient directly. The direct patient contact will still be done by the staff at your office.

You will be assigned a contact person at Halycon Billing for your account who you can reach out to via phone or email with any questions or concerns.

We absolutely do not use off-shore resources like other medical billing companies have been known to do. All of the staff on our team are U.S. citizens and are required to complete our training program and background checks prior to being assigned to any client accounts. Also, because quality is one of the most important values in our company, Quality Assurance processes are in place and monitored on a regular basis.
